The KBW team takes pride in its old-school work ethic: an honest day's work for an honest day's pay.

Jose, our primary machine operator, is KBW's secret weapon. With a lifetime of experience, and a digital caliper, under his belt, Jose is a master at precision woodworking.

Tony, our most recent hire, brings with him the latest industry innovations and techniques. With twenty years in the wood shop business, he's entirely focused on quality, and is capable of constructing anything imaginable.

Shandu and Yurish make up the Finishing Department. You'd be hard-pressed to find anyone as industrious and dilligent, yet still as friendly, as these two gentlemen.

Jeffrey K. Blaisdell oversees every aspect of the shop, from production to installation. As a second-generation carpenter, residential construction is in his blood (see history). He's the face of KBW, and makes interacting with clients — answering questions, solving problems — his own exclusive responsibility and joy.
